CHRISTUS Medical Group Transfers Ownership of Southwest Community Health Center to Legacy Community Health Services

Earlier this month, CHRISTUS Medical Group transferred ownership of the Southwest Community Health Center

to Legacy Community Health Services, who will continue to operate the clinic as a community health center. In keeping with the 18-year legacy and mission of the Southwest Community Health Center, Legacy will provide healthcare services for families in the Gulfton neighborhood and surrounding areas of Southwest Houston.

 Legacy Community Health Services Southwest Clinic is located at 6441 High Star near the intersection of Hillcroft and Bellaire.
