Eye Care for HIV/AIDS

Legacy offers affordable eye care services at the Frost Eye Clinic located at our 3311 Richmond location. Our licensed doctors offer both optometry and ophthalmology services including comprehensive eye examinations, disease screening and diagnosis, and prescription eyewear (glasses and contact lenses).

Regular eye exams help to diagnose and treat eye infections and allergies, dry eye, cataracts and glaucoma, diabetic eye disease, macular degeneration, cytomegalovirus retinitis (CMV), computer vision syndrome, pink eye, and other vision-related problems.

Most of our eye care services are available on a sliding fee scale based on your annual income.

We also accept Medicaid, Medicare and many health insurance plans.

HIV-positive patients may be eligible for free or reduced fee services funded through the Ryan White Care Act.
