Legacy has female doctors and nurse practitioners on staff to help you feel more comfortable during your health examinations.
Legacy offers an affordable menu of services for primary healthcare for all women, regardless of your financial situation. We maintain a friendly, open, and non-judgmental environment where you can feel accepted and respected.
All services are available on a sliding fee scale based on your annual income.
We also accept Medicaid, Medicare and many health insurance plans.

- Gynecological Services: Pap smears, pelvic and breast exams and treatment of vaginal and urinary tract infections
- STD Screening and Treatment: get tested and treated while learning how to avoid sexually transmitted diseases
- HIV Testing and Counseling: get tested for HIV and develop a personalized risk-reduction plan
- Family Planning: prevent pregnancy and protect your health, a variety of birth control options are available
- Mammography Referrals: access to affordable providers that specialize in mammograms
- Laboratory Services: including blood glucose and cholesterol testing
- X-ray services: including chest X-rays to diagnose TB or pneumonia
- Vaccinations: against Hepatitis A and B, flu shots, Human Papilloma Virus (HPV)

Eye Care: Our licensed doctors offer both optometry and ophthalmology services including comprehensive eye examinations, disease screening and diagnosis, and prescription eyewear (glasses and contact lenses).
Psychiatry and Counseling: Certified to treat both adolescents and adults, Legacy’s team of mental health professionals can help with a variety of emotional, relationship, and behavioral issues.
Wellness Services: Designed to help our patients regain physical strength, combat medication side effects, and control pain through exercise, our wellness services include: nutritional counseling and personal training.
