Dental Care Providers

Cristina Biggers, RDH, joined Legacy in December of 2010. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from Texas Woman’s University.

Biggers enjoys relaxing with her husband and dogs, and looks forward to spending time with her daughter. She also sells jewelry she personally makes out of guitar picks.

Bryant Conley, D.D.S., joined Legacy Community Health Services in December of 2013. He earned his Bachelor of Science from Prairie View A&M University and received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio.

Dr. Conley has been practicing dentistry since 1997, and has performed all phases of general dentistry. Prior to joining Legacy, Dr. Conley worked as the dental director at a Houston-area GMS Dental Center.

Dr. Conley loves spending his spare time with his family. He is excited to be a member of the team at the Legacy Lyons Campus, and wants to help everyone there spread the word that their community has access to low-cost, high-quality dental treatment.

Connor Kelley, D.D.S., joined Legacy Community Health Services in August of 2013. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from the University of St. Thomas, and then went on to receive his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston School of Dentistry.

Prior to joining Legacy, Dr. Kelley worked as a private practice dentist in The Woodlands and was part of the Mobile Dental Team for Legacy. While there, he provided dental services to KIPPsters and to patients at the Lyons and Montrose clinics. Dr. Kelley is a member of the Greater Houston Dental Society, the Texas Dental Association, the American Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry. He has received the Oral Biology Award for Research, and published articles in the American Journal of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics and the Journal for Gravitational and Space Biology. Dr. Kelley has given presentations at the International Association for Dental Research (IADR) and the Hinman Research Symposium.

He enjoys hiking, mountain climbing, camping, cooking, running, and tennis in his spare time.

Dina L. Moncada joined Legacy in October of 2010. She earned her Associate of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene from Coastal Bend College.

Prior to joining Legacy, Dina work as a Pediatric Dental Assistant at Almeda Dental Group and at Texas Smiles Dental. Moncada is a member of American Dental Hygienists Association.

In her free time, Moncada enjoys reading books and articles about all things astronomical, including the planets, meteor showers, and comets.

Jared Parkinson, D.D.S., joined Legacy Community Health Services in December of 2013. He earned his dental degree from the University of Maryland, and then went on to complete a dental residency at a community health center in Washington State where he discovered his desire to work in public health.

Prior to joining Legacy, Dr. Parkinson was a dentist at Spring Branch Community Health Center. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Texas Dental Association, the Greater Houston Dental Society, and the Academy of General Dentistry.

Because of his love for Spanish culture and food, Dr. Parkinson learned to speak Spanish during his college studies and has since spent time learning Spanish in Mexico and serving on mission trips to Ecuador and the Dominican Republic. Dr. Parkinson enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, and does his best to stay fit. He particularly likes playing hobby and designer board games with his friends and family.
