Quest Diagnostics is Now Legacy’s Primary On-Site Lab Services Provider, Effective Wednesday, July 13

Legacy is excited to announce Quest Diagnostics as our new primary on-site lab services provider!

This transition will bring you added benefits like on-site check-in kiosks and live wait times; plus, all your existing lab results will remain accessible via the Legacy Patient Portal. Future lab results can be accessed through both the Legacy Patient Portal and the Quest Diagnostics MyQuest Portal.

Legacy Community Health, Legacy Pharmacies, and Wellness Bar by Legacy will be closed on Thursday, November 27 and Friday, November 28 for Thanksgiving.

Pediatric Walk-In:

Our pediatric walk-in clinic at Legacy Southwest (6441 High Star Drive, Houston, TX 77074) will be open on Friday, November 28 from 10:00 am - 6:00 pm.

The Legacy Montrose and Southwest Clinics will resume normal hours on Saturday, November 29. Legacy Pharmacy - Montrose will be open from 8:00 am - 5 pm.
