Welcome to Legacy Community Health – Beaumont, where we’re driving healthy change in the Golden Triangle communities. Our two clinics at 450 N. 11th Street and 3455 Stagg Drive offer adult primary care, pediatrics, OB/GYN, and behavioral health care. Last year Legacy providers treated more than 9,200 patients and completed some 43,000 appointments for people from Beaumont, Groves, Nederland, Orange, Port Arthur, and Port Neches.
Our services have grown to meet your community needs since Legacy arrived in Beaumont 10 years ago. We are looking for like-minded neighbors and community organizations to help us better serve Southeast Texas. You can join us with a gift of your time, talent, or treasure – as a donor, volunteer, or advisory board member. Legacy’s Back To School Festival on July 22nd attracted over 1,300 attendees and tripled its backpack distribution, thanks to key sponsor Manning’s Solutions for Business and community partnerships, including United Way. The event featured 30 booths offering various resources for children and families. Exceptional support from volunteers, including Legacy staff and local organizations, ensured the event’s success, advancing our mission to provide accessible healthcare for all.
