Yes! Our Eligibility Specialists are available to discuss sliding scale fees and potential programs to help reduce the cost of services. No child is ever turned away due to inability to pay.

How do we schedule an appointment?

To schedule appointments for check-ups, health concerns, or for any illness that may arise, you can call us at (281) 628 2050 or you may just simply stop by our clinic on-campus to talk to us directly.

What if we already have a pediatrician?

Great! We will work with your current pediatrician by providing visit records with your written consent.

Can therapy sessions include other family member?

Yes! Therapy sessions are offered individually or as a family. Your therapist will help you decide what is best for your child.

Where is Legacy School-Based Health located?

There are currently 37 School-Based Health locations in three different districts: KIPP, YES Prep and Galena Park ISD. Students and siblings that attend any of those three districts can sign up for services and schedule appointments at a nearby school clinic within their district.
