Northline Clinic Closed on Monday, September 29

The Legacy Northline clinic will be closed on Monday, September 29, 2025, due to maintenance work in the area by CenterPoint Energy. The clinic will reopen on Tuesday, September 30, 2025.

Our teams have any affected patients to reschedule appointments.

Established patients with MyChart may schedule/reschedule Adult & Pediatric Primary Care, Behavioral Health and OB/GYN appointments online via the LegacyOne and MyChart apps. You may also call (832) 548-5000 during normal business hours.

If you feel you could have a medical emergency, please call 911 immediately or go to the nearest emergency room if you are able.
