Sean Barrett, RD, joined Legacy in June of 2012. He earned his undergraduate degree in human nutrition from the University of Houston, and then went on to receive his master’s in nutrition at Texas Woman’s University and his dietetics degree from the University of Houston.
Prior to joining Legacy, Barrett worked as the Nutritionist and Dietary Manager at The Forum at Memorial Woods. While there, the dietary department was deficiency-free for the first time in its 25 years of existence. Barrett is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, the Texas Nutrition Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, and the Houston Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. He has written articles for several local publications.
Barrett enjoys running half and full marathons in his spare time. He is an expert cook and prepares extravagant meals for his friends and family.[/wc_accordion_section] [wc_accordion_section title=”Paola Rondon, M.S., R.D., L.D. – Dietitian”]
Paola Rondon, MS, RD, LD, joined Legacy in February of 2013. She earned her undergraduate degree in Health Administration from the University of Central Florida, and then went on to receive her Masters in Nutrition from Florida International University. She is a board-certified, registered, and licensed Dietitian.
Prior to joining Legacy, Rondon worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Florida International University. She is an active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and the Houston Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, and is always seeking learning opportunities to further her nutrition knowledge.
Rondon enjoys sunny days at the beach, experimenting with food, and staying active. She also loves to travel and spend time with her friends, family, and dog.
