Legacy San Jacinto Clinic will be closing on January 30, 2026.

We will be opening a new clinic on February 17, 2026, Legacy Pasadena Southmore, located at 1951 Southmore Ave., Pasadena, TX 77502!

This new clinic is a larger, state-of-the-art facility providing more space to offer patient services, community activities and events, along with the high-quality care you’ve come to expect!
 
Patients will be provided with multiple options to continue their care at other Legacy locations, including Legacy Pasadena Southmore.
 
We have a process to transition your care and all upcoming appointments to another Legacy location. Legacy staff are available to assist you in the transition of your care and can be reached at (832) 548-5000.
 
If you choose to receive care outside of Legacy, you may request a copy of your medical records by visiting Medical Records. Legacy has partnered with HealthMark Group to help ensure the accurate and timely completion of medical record requests for our patients.
