Walk into many Legacy clinics for free pregnancy testing (no appointment needed) using a medical‑grade hCG test (>99% accuracy; sensitivity 20 mIU/mL).

During the same visit, we:

• Schedule prenatal or family planning appointments right away,
• Connect patients to our Eligibility Department for coverage assistance, and
• Enroll those initiating prenatal care into the Delfina Care program.

Prenatal Navigators—Your Dedicated Guide from Day One

Legacy’s Prenatal Navigators serve as a patient’s direct point of contact from pregnancy confirmation through postpartum and pediatric care. Navigators:

• Help make—and keep—appointments, coordinate referrals, and overcome barriers (transportation, time off, childcare),
• Offer culturally sensitive, bilingual support (English/Spanish),
• Connect patients to prenatal education, local resources, and ongoing support so no one has to navigate pregnancy alone.

Eligibility Department—Coverage Help, Sliding Scale, and Access for All

If insurance is uncertain or absent, Legacy’s Eligibility Department will:

• Identify which insurance solutions you qualify for (Medicaid, CHIP, and other programs),
• Assist with applications and enrollment, and
• If you don’t qualify for insurance, set up sliding‑fee scale care based on income.
