HIV
Legacy is spearheading the first-ever end HIV campaign for the City of Houston (#get2zero), thanks to a generous grant from the Ford Foundation and AIDS United. The goal is to cut the number of new HIV infections in half over five years. The project, titled Ending New Diagnoses (END) HIV/AIDS Houston, brings together community and agency leaders from across the city to first develop and implement a strategic plan. At a statewide level, we are engaged in advocacy to both prevent and treat HIV/AIDS among all Texans.
