Wellness Committee
The Wellness Team is a group of providers who report to Human Resources, focused on building the infrastructure and resources needed to support wellness at Legacy. This group is responsible for measurement of provider well-being and ensures peer support, recognition/appreciation, and fairness and inclusiveness.

The overall Well-Being Index score for Legacy physicians is well below the national average—This means twofold lower risk of reporting a recent medical error, fivefold lower risk of burnout, fourfold lower risk of severe fatigue, twofold lower risk of suicidal ideation and threefold lower risk of poor quality of life for the majority of our physicians.
