BEAUMONT, TX (August 26, 2026) – As healthcare systems across Southeast Texas navigate growing challenges related to access to care, workforce shortages, chronic disease and behavioral health, Legacy Community Health will convene regional healthcare leaders for the inaugural State of Healthcare in Southeast Texas Luncheon. The event will provide a forum for discussion on the health issues shaping the region today and the collaborative solutions needed to improve health outcomes for Southeast Texans in the years ahead.
WHAT:
- Legacy Community Health will host the inaugural State of Healthcare in Southeast Texas Luncheon, bringing together healthcare leaders to discuss the current healthcare landscape, regional health priorities, emerging challenges and opportunities, and the future of healthcare in Southeast Texas.
- The regional forum will feature leaders from three of Southeast Texas’ leading healthcare organizations and explore the trends, challenges and opportunities shaping healthcare across the region.
- The event will also recognize Gift of Life as the inaugural recipient of the Heart of Healthcare Award for its longstanding commitment to expanding access to lifesaving screenings and preventive care in Southeast Texas.
