Quest Diagnostics is Now Legacy’s Primary On-Site Lab Services Provider, Effective Wednesday, July 13

Legacy is excited to announce Quest Diagnostics as our new primary on-site lab services provider!

This transition will bring you added benefits like on-site check-in kiosks and live wait times; plus, all your existing lab results will remain accessible via the Legacy Patient Portal. Future lab results can be accessed through both the Legacy Patient Portal and the Quest Diagnostics MyQuest Portal.

Legacy Montrose Clinic will close at 12:00 PM & Legacy Pharmacy will close at 3:30 PM this Saturday, November 22.

We will resume normal business hours on Monday, November 24. Thank you for your understanding!
