2022 TeenWell Ambassador and Intern

My name is Ruby, and I worked as an intern at Legacy this summer and fall. Working at Legacy has given me a new perspective on healthcare, community, and my voice as a teen. I truly love my job because it’s such a collaborative, open, and accepting environment where growth and learning are encouraged constantly. Throughout my time at Legacy, I have learned so much about writing, researching, how to talk to people, and how I can make a difference using my words and actions. In the future, I hope to obtain a double major in English and Political Science, followed by either becoming an editor or going to law school.
